Please read the following information for important event details for this Off Campus Event with the Center for Student Leadership, Engagement, and Community.

CSLEC, Global Education, and The Graduate School are excited to host a FREE off-campus event at the Lookouts Baseball game on Friday, September 11 starting at 7PM at Erlanger Park. By completing this form, you will RSVP for your FREE student ticket + a FREE guest ticket for your family member (please fill out the rest of this form to complete this RSVP. There is a limited amount of tickets, so if we reach capacity you will be waitlisted and notified if you will be taken off the waitlist for your free ticket. You may still purchase a ticket online at HERE if we reach capacity.)

What is included:

1. Each Enrolled UTC Student who RSVPs will receive the following: ONE Student ticket + ONE Guest ticket for a family member. Both tickets will include a free meal voucher equivalent of $10 at the game (this should allow you a Hotdog or Pizza + a drink (alcoholic drinks will be prohibited with this meal voucher and during the event as this is a UTC sponsored event). Ticket pick up communication will be sent out via email closer to the event.

2. Students will have the option to use a FREE shuttle service that will take you to and from the game. You will have the option to select if you wish to use this optional service for the event. Students who choose to ride the shuttle must also ride the shuttle back as well as sign a UTC waiver. Students who drive themselves will be responsible for parking at the event. (Event check in times and shuttle times will be communicated out a week before the event via email depending on if you choose to ride the shuttle or not). 

3. The event will be on a Friday night which means we will be staying for the Free Firework Show after the game!
