What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a form of traditional martial arts, sports, and healing arts. The dynamic, gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi makes it an ideal mind and body fitness activity for people of all physical conditions.
Details: Regardless of your military-connection, come By The ARC For a FREE 1-hr Session of Tai Chi Chaun. The Adaptive Tai Chi Chuan classes are conducted 2 times a week (Monday's 2pm-3:30pm & Thursday's 1pm to 2:30pm) most weeks by Tai Chi Instructor Roger Clem in collaboration with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Veteran and Military Affairs Department.
Location: Conveniently located in the Aquatic and Recreation Center (ARC) on Campus in the 3rd Floor Gym.
Dates & Times: Monday's 2pm-3:30pm & Thursday's 1pm to 2:30pm (with the exception of Jan 27 and Feb 17 12:30 pm – 2 pm)
