This will be a weekly event where S3 will be utilizing our manpower as well as nonprofit donated equipment, to generate active greenspace cultivation on campus, particularly in collaboration with Dr. Barbosa, to build more support for on-campus Student gardening projects, and assist with routine maintenance of the Greenhouse outside Holt Hall. 

Dr. Barbosa teaches a class specific to gardening in the urban environment so this will serve as an enriching, active and educational experience for Student volunteers no matter their concentration or major. 

This event is open to all UTC Students and is eligible for fulfillment of any required community service or volunteer hours.

Hours can be logged manually via mocsync upon attendance, otherwise please reach out to S3 via emails or DMs on our contact page. Students must keep track of their personal time attended at this event to remain eligible.
