Quantum computing and technology is expected to play a transformative role in the future. This workshop is intended to bring together experts on various aspects of quantum research ranging from computing, simulation, algorithm-building to sensing and communications. We aim to focus on key open questions in these areas and draw strong connections to foundational research while exploring their potential applications to industries. Talks will be given by invited speakers, others and particularly students are encouraged to attend and present posters. Details for submissions will be sent to registered participants before the event. There will be a dedicated panel discussion on the role of quantum technology for real-world industry problems with our partners from Oak Ridge National Laboratory and local companies EPB (Electric Power Board), TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) and Volkswagen.
