Tuition: $1,945 (includes textbooks, certification exam fee, and one set of navy scrubs)

Become a Pharmacy Technician
There’s no shortage of pharmacies in need of skilled pharmacy technicians! In just 10 weeks, this training program prepares you to sit for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) National Certification Exam and begin a rewarding career in health care.
What You’ll Learn
- Federal and state laws governing pharmacies
- Ethics and professionalism in pharmacy practice
- Pharmacy calculations, drug classifications, and prescription processing
- Preparation for the PTCE exam to become a CPhT
Prerequisites
- There are no prerequisites to enroll.
- To sit for the certification exam, students must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.

Note: FAFSA is not eligible for this course, but financial aid options are available. Students do not need to be officially admitted to UTC to enroll. Payment is due in full upon registration.
