Dr. Andrew Ofstehage is a program coordinator for CALS International Programs at North Carolina State University. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of North Carolina in 2018.  His book, Welcome to Soylandia (Cornell University Press, 2025) explores connections in soy production from the US to Brazil.
