UTC’s Rollins College of Business has a short-term study opportunity in the Balkans for UTC undergraduate and graduate students, any UTC major or program. Participating students will earn three-credit hours for a SPRING 2026 Course, International Business Experience: Doing Business in the Balkans, that includes a 2-week May 2026 study trip to Italy, Croatia, & Albania. Course taught and study trip led by the UTC Rollins COB’s Dr. Beni Asllani, a native of Albania. Room available in the course for 12-20 students (undergraduate or graduate & any UTC major).

Includes a 2-week study trip with overnight stays in Venice, Italy; Zadar and Dubrovnik, Croatia; Shkoder, Theth, & Tirana, Albania.
- Day trips/tours as well as business visits and cultural tours.
- University visits.

Study trip currently scheduled from May 11-24, 2026 (tentative).

Earn 3-credit hours on the undergraduate level (MGT 4950/International Business Experience) or graduate level (MGT 5950/International Business Experience).

Scholarship opportunities are available for eligible business students, and financial aid may also be used to help pay for the study trip costs.

Prerequisites: (No Prior Business Coursework & No Foreign Language Knowledge Needed); Open to any UTC major, graduate or undergraduate.
