Join MobileMOC at Grandview Community Center (175 Emergency Road, Grandview, TN 37337) at 10:00am as we educate on heat. We'll have fun games, prizes, and education on the following:

• Recognizing Heat Emergencies Nutrition in Hot Weather 
• Physical Activity Safety 
• Water Safety 
• Social Support and Resources

Additionally, MobileMOC provides Community Health Education Classes to provide preventative health education on important topics such as blood pressure, heart health, cholesterol, nutrition, seasonal affective disorder, heart attacks and more! These classes are open to anyone! Classes are typically fun and interactive. Previous classes included Cholesterol & Nutrition Escape Room and Blood Pressure Bingo!
