This four-week program will provide students with tools to be resilient through times of adversity, challenge old thinking patterns, eliminate unproductive habits, identify their strengths, and find a sense of purpose. Through topics of self-care and gratitude, we hope to administer lifelong practices for you to take away and use in your daily life to enhance optimism and self-confidence. Join us in the Center for Wellbeing lounge to learn, chat, and hold space for each other!
