Neelanjan Patri has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. He is passionate about leveraging technology to understand needs and develop effective business solutions. Currently, he works at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), where he manages a team of exceptional individuals who have significantly contributed to his personal and professional growth. The areas of his technology focus include Operational technologies, AI, Analytics, Microsoft Power Platform, and business/operational data to enable the use of data to make better business decisions.

In his spare time, Neelanjan enjoys playing badminton and table tennis at the seniors’ national level and is an avid poet. His poetry often explores social issues, personal people interactions, and themes inspired by various art forms, including paintings and sculptures. Neelanjan draws inspiration from the people in his life, their shared experiences, and their resilience in the face of adversity. Mental health, its stigmatization, and current approaches to addressing it are some of the central themes in his work.
